Family owned and operated in New York since 1993, the legendary Mylos Baking Corp. created this signature chocolate cake that is absolutely to-die-for! Made with a cookies & cream crust, filled with decadent belgian chocolate mousse, drizzled with chocolate ganache.
- 8 inch: Serves 6-8 people. Cake measures 7" in diameter and 2" tall.

Shipped Cakes: Ships frozen with dry ice. Remove plastic wrap and cake collar while cake is still frozen to ensure mousse stays intact. Keep covered in refrigerator overnight thaw or on countertop for 30 minute. Store in refrigerator for 1 week or in freezer for 1 month.
