STORAGE AND PREPARATION GUIDE

 

Upon receiving a strudel, immediately place in freezer. Strudels may be stored in freezer for up to 1 month. Strudels arrive frozen and/or cold and must be baked before consuming. Do not thaw strudel before baking.

Cooking Instructions:  Remove plastic wrap from frozen strudel. Bake in tray provided at 375 degrees, on upper rack, for approximately 60 minutes, until the strudel is completely golden brown (rotate halfway through to ensure even cooking).

Serving Suggestions: Enjoy strudel warmed up, paired with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.

SHIPPING 

Do you require a signature for shipped strudel?

We do not require a signature. We do recommend someone be present to receive the package due to the perishability of our strudels. We email tracking information so you can track your package and anticipate its arrival time. 

How do you ship strudels and what days do you ship?

Strudels are packaged carefully and arrive frozen and/or cold. Strudels must be baked before consuming. We ship Monday-Wednesday ONLY. At checkout, choose the date you would like your order to be shipped out. Your package will arrive one to two business days following the ship date you choose. 

How long does it take to ship Strudelicious?

Once shipped, strudels arrive within one to two business days. We ship Monday-Wednesday ONLY. If you would like expedited shipping or would like to place a large order of strudels shipping to multiple locations, please contact us at info@strudelicioususa.com.

Do you ship to apartments?

Yes. Please be sure to include the apartment/unit number. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed packages, packages left at doorsteps or with building attendants. We email tracking information so you can track your package and anticipate its arrival time. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

ORDERING AND PAYMENTS

Is there a minimum order for shipping?

There is no minimum order for shipping. Strudels can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month and baked at a later date! Check Storage and Preparation Guide above for more information. 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us at info@strudelicioususa.com to modify your order. We do not offer cancellations. Please make sure everything looks correct at checkout. 

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your strudel. Although we do not offer refunds at this time, we may replace your strudel depending on the circumstance. If a replacement strudel is given for a shipped strudel, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment for the replacement strudel.

What is the size of a Strudelicious strudel?

Each strudel is approximately 11" x 4" x 2.5" inches long and weighs 2 lbs (serves 4-5 slices).

Are Strudelicious products nut-free, gluten free, or dairy free?

Our kitchen is not an allergy free kitchen and products are made in an area where nut ingredients are used. We advise our customers with gluten, dairy, nut, peanut, or any other type of food allergy to err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our products.

Where are Strudelicious products baked?

Strudels are baked at one central location in New York and are delivered fresh on the daily.
